Born and raised in Newark, NJ, he has always been a proud advocate in educating his peers to optimize their potential. Ted co-founded Monarise in the spring of 2023 alongside his business partner, Mr. Smith-Johnson. Ted currently is the Chief Executive Officer at Monarise.
